 Orders placed within Illinois are shipped through United Delivery Services, Ltd.    Delivery Time:  1-3 Business Days

         Orders placed outside Illinois are shipped through UPS Ground.    Delivery Time:  2-5 Bussiness Day

​Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support within 30 days from the date you receive your order (or the date it was scheduled to arrive), return the order in its entirety and we will refund the full purchase price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.

Indeed, we take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the end user.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the end user.
  • The differentiation of colors and sizes as they appear on the computer screen of the end user during the ordering process prior to processing, as compared to the finished products.

Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof documents created by the end users prior to processing.

How Do I Place an Order?

Fill the Estimate form online and upload your artwork.  Well respond back within 48 hours with a quotation and suggestions.  

Q: What is your phone number and operating hours?


A: You can call us at DFL at 773-465-2788  from 10am to 7pm CT Monday through Satuday. You can send an email at any time. 


Q: How well will my job match what I see on my monitor? 


A: Most people are surprised at how well their job matches what they see. But because of wide differences in monitor calibration and the different technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitor. 


Q: How long will it take to get my order?


A: Most full color jobs will be ready within 3-5 business days after you approve your proof through email. Please check the specific product ordering page for available turnaround times. 

Q: My artwork is ready, how do i get started?

A: It's easy to upload your files using the calculator to the right, within our affiliate online service. Simply choose your product, quantity and specifcations and click upload files to proceed.



Q: What should i set my resolution & color to?


A: Image resolution must be 300 dpi at placed size. Please convert all colors to CMYK to avoid any color shift that can occur during the production process.




Q: How much should my Bleed & Trims be?


A: Bleeds are required on all artwork where an image or a graphic extends beyond the trim. We suggest adding a 1/8" bleed to all products.

 

Q: What Native files are accepted?


A: We accept artwork created in professional graphic design software as well as many other formats listed below. When providing native files, please package to include all linked files.
